Portfolio > Cities

Cities are not just physical structures of concrete and steel, but living, breathing entities that shape, and are shaped, by the people who inhabit them. They are a canvas on which we paint our hopes, dreams, and aspirations to create a tapestry filled with colors that mirror the human experience with all the dark and all the light. Here I present to you some of the places that have marked my soul. From my beginning amid the sleek skyscrapers of NYC, to where I am now with a view across the river to Juarez, Mexico; a pile of brightly-colored buildings stacked up against a hill, and the ones in between, I have lived in many places. When I look through the paintings in my series "Cities" it's like opening up a photo album, and the memories start flowing out.
