Nature has many lessons for us, if we choose to listen. In this series, I take on the idea of resiliency. Thriving in a hostile environment is an idea that can be a source of strength in our lives. As dry and dangerous as the desert can be, every spring, many of the thorny plants here bloom in a stunning display of soft texture and crazy color.
