This is my second time painting Rutger! He is a really good boy!This painting was ordered as a gift for a neighbor of Rutger's. This neighbor enjoys spending time with Rutger in the courtyard of their shared living community in Portland, OR. and Rutger really appreciates the attention and loves her very much.
